On April 29, which also marked World Wish Day, the town came together to honor local teen Brian “Bubs” Reynolds, whose selfless wish to celebrate his life and give back to others was the foundation of this heartwarming event. While World Wish Day is celebrated globally in honor of the first Make-A-Wish granted, BubsFest took on a different, more personal meaning for the people of Reedsport.
